OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

To assist any individual who is willing to achieve their maximum potential through continued education.

To encourage the involvement toward charitable organizations and humanitarian causes that will benefit the lives of all U.S. citizens wanting to reach their maximum capabilities.

APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Active and documented community service.
2. High School up to completed Freshman year of college.
3. Minimum 3.0 GPA
4. Recipients can be male or female. The Josephine G. Cook Foundation is non-discriminatory and accepts applicants regardless of race, color or ethnic background. Applicants should be exemplary in personal character, morality and leadership. Applicants must not have been convicted of a felony crime.

The Josephine G. Cook Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
